The Presto Pressure Canner is a great beginner canner that I still use to this day! There was a time that I was intimidated by pressure canning and this is what I started on. The price point is also affordable!

When you have a homestead, especially a garden, food preservation is a must. I pressure can our broth, soups, meats, veggies, sauces and more. This is truly my most used homestead appliance.
We have had this canner for about 2 years, I guess. We have had to replace the gasket here recently, but this thing gets a lot of use!
